Kazakhstan agrees on Russia’s 2024 launch schedule of Baikonur

In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan is to respond to the 2024 space launch schedule of Baikonur to the Russian side by the end of 2023.

The authorities of Kazakhstan have approved the space launch schedule of the Baikonur Cosmodrome for the next year. The document with the 2024 space launch schedule was presented by the Russian side through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.

The launch schedule was developed to meet with the requirements of the Russian side and include the Space Programme of Russia and the international and commercial projects implemented on Baikonur. The launches are scheduled to be made from the launch pad of the cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. 

«The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approves the 2024 space launch schedule submitted by the Russian side,» the Resolution of the Government signed by Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov stated.
