A draft design of the new project of a multifunctional town with a new bus terminal, a new Osh market and housing estates in Bishkek has been developed. Deputy Director of Bishkekglavarhitektura Marat Zhoroev reported to CentralAsia.news that the territory will be divided into five functional zones.
The Deputy Director of the municipal enterprise said the residential area will spring up in the north-west of Bishkek in the vicinity of Vasilevsky tract and Fuchik Street.
There will be five-storey apartment houses, public, commercial and business facilities, 2 schools, 3 kindergartens and a hospital in the first zone of the residential area.
There will be kindergartens like well-established preschool institutions in Japan in the new residential area. The buildings have a circular ground plan. This is not only a stylish but also a functional solution. Similar projects have proven themselves well in Japan.
