On November 7, the Intergovernmental Kyrgyzstan-Germany Commission for the Affairs of the Germans of Kyrgyzstan held the 15th meeting in Berlin, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports the details.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Moldogaziev led the Kyrgyz delegation, and a Bundestag member Natalie Pavlik led the German delegation. Moldogaziev noted that the two countries are enhancing political cooperation, mentioning the visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kyrgyzstan and the Germany-Central Asia Summit.
He also highlighted the measures taken to preserve and develop the culture and language of all ethnic groups in Kyrgyzstan, including ethnic Germans. Natalie Pavlik informed about the support provided by the Federal Government to ethnic Germans in Kyrgyzstan and presented the support programmes for 2024.
