A meeting with the representatives of the Yandex Taxi company, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic and Kyrgyz activists working in the Russian Federation was held at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The Yandex representatives made a presentation on this year’s changes to the Russian taxi legislation. Much attention was paid to the requirement to obtain proof of the lack of a criminal record and/or criminal prosecution, as well as the termination of criminal prosecution on rehabilitative grounds. The documents should be obtained from both by the internal affairs divisions of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
Kyrgyz activists were urged to disseminate information as wide as possible among their fellow citizens who work as taxi drivers in Russia. The documents can be obtained from the Embassy, the Consulate and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
