With the aim of building up the labour potential and attracting qualified workers, Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan Kudaibergen Bazarbayev visited the automobile concern KAMAZ PJSC in the Russian city of Naberezhnye Chelny. A meeting with Deputy Director Zhanna Khaliullina focused on cooperation in education and training in high-demand jobs and employment at the KAMAZ plants, the press office of the Ministry of Labour of Kyrgyzstan reported to CentralAsia.news.
The key issues under discussion included cooperation in regulating migration flows by attracting qualified workers from Kyrgyzstan and introducing a recruitment management system. The parties considered signing an agreement between the Ministry of Labour and the KAMAZ Concern, which would envisage employment and participation of 500 citizens of Kyrgyzstan in a pilot project.
