Construction of a Wildberries trade and logistics centre is now underway in Alamudun district. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov reported on the construction project during the meeting of the board of plenipotentiary representatives of the President of Kyrgyzstan in Chui Region, the press office of the Government of the Republic reported the details.
As was reported at the meeting, the total value invested in the construction project of the logistics centre of the Russian marketplace in Kyrgyzstan will be about $100 million, and the construction site will cover an area of 38 hectares.
Speaking about the work with foreign investors, Zhaparov provided specific recommendations. In particular, the preliminary project estimations and feasibility study must be completed 3 months after the investor arrives in the country. Sources of financing should be identified in 6 months, and construction should begin in 9 months.
Zhaparov emphasised the importance of effectively planning and coordinating the construction stages to avoid project delays when investors receive land plots but do not launch projects for a long time.
