Business circles of Pakistan ready to consider investment projects in Kyrgyzstan

The Kyrgyz diplomat informed the interlocutors about the profound investment and export capacities of the Republic.

On November 15, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Pakistan Ulanbek Totuyaev met with President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry Muhammad Shakeel Munir and its honorary members under the Investor Days programme, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The Ambassador focused on the profound investment and export capacities of Kyrgyzstan, as well as the measures taken by the leadership of Kyrgyzstan to protect foreign investors.

The Kyrgyz diplomat noted that the business communities of the two countries had a huge potential for cooperation in the food, agricultural, IT, tourism, energy, pharmaceutical and textile sectors.

The Pakistani side expressed readiness to consider investment projects of Kyrgyzstan, and confirmed its intention to provide every assistance in establishing and expanding direct business contacts between the business circles of the two countries.

In conclusion, the Ambassador invited members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to visit Bishkek in 2022.
