On January 9, National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov led a meeting of the Organising Committee for the events in honour of the theme of 2025. Hero-Arkadag instructed Director General of the Agency of Transport and Communications Mammethan Chakiyev to launch special flights and strictly control the arrival, reception and departure of foreign delegations, Turkmenistan: Golden Age eNewspaper reported.
The Chairman of Halk Maslahaty emphasised the importance of providing high-quality communication services and Internet access, as well as the cars for the high-ranking members of official delegations.
Addressing Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people instructed preparatory work for international events be done and protocol and organisational issues be coordinated. Hero-Arkadag ordered the lists of foreign delegations that will participate in the upcoming festive events be compiled.
