The diplomat conveyed the best wishes from the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko to Serdar Berdimuhamedov and confirmed the commitment to the traditionally friendly interstate dialogue. The President of Turkmenistan expressed belief that the appointment of Stanislav Chepurnoy as Ambassador of Belarus will contribute in every possible way to expanding bilateral ties and wished him every success in his work.
Discussing key aspects of cooperation, the interlocutors focused on interstate interaction in education, science, sports, culture and art. The interlocutors noted that Turkmenistan and Belarus support joint initiatives within the international and regional organisations, including the UN and the CIS.
