On December 27, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a working meeting to discuss the preliminary results of 2024, the theme of which is «The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Fraghi», the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov delivered a speech at the meeting. The diplomat emphasised the importance of taking further measures to implement the foreign policy of neutral Turkmenistan under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The participants identified the tasks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the next year in accordance with the instructions of the leadership of the country. 2025 is declared the International Year of Peace and Trust. This initiative of Turkmenistan was approved by the UN General Assembly.
