On December 21, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution approving the State Civil Aviation Security Programme at the government meeting. The draft resolution was submitted for review to the President by Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakyev, Turkmenistan: Golden Age eNewspaper reported.
The Director General reported that this document envisages implementing legal and organisational measures to ensure flight safety, frequency and efficiency of Turkmenistan’s civil aviation.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that consistent measures are taken to enhance material and technical resources of the national aviation industry and ensure aviation security.
