On December 14, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev sent a message of congratulations on the 29th anniversary of the status of permanent neutrality to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The Kazakh leader wished further success in his responsible state activities to his Turkmen counterpart and the well-being and prosperity to the brotherly people, Turkmenistan: Golden Age eNewspaper reported.
“The successful policy of neutrality has earned Turkmenistan well-deserved respect and high authority in the international arena and become a symbol of your country’s commitment to the ideals of peace, stability and security. Building on the remarkable accomplishments in state building and socio-economic modernisation achieved over the years of positive neutrality, the Turkmen people are moving forward with confidence along the path of sustainable growth and development,” Tokayev emphasised.
The Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev noted that Kazakhstan highly evaluates the dynamic development and deepening strategic partnerships with Turkmenistan in a wide range of multifaceted cooperation. Tokayev expressed belief that joint efforts will allow to bring multifaceted interstate relations to new heights.
