Prosecutors General of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan sign cooperation agreement

It aims to improve work efficiency of prosecutor’s offices and enhance collaboration between the supervisory authorities of the two republics.

Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan Maksat Asanaliev and Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev signed a cooperation agreement and approved a cooperation programme for 2025-2026, the press office of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The agreement envisages for exchanging experiences, conducting joint events and implementing projects aimed at improving work efficiency of prosecutor’s offices.

The Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan noted the importance of this agreement that highlights the willingness of the two countries to strengthen law and order and protect the legitimate interests of citizens.

The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan underlined successful cooperation between the supervisory authorities of the two countries. He expressed belief that the republics have fruitful relations in the field of criminal prosecution. The agreement will help the two republics in their joint efforts to combat crime and ensure the rule of law in the two countries.
