Ambassador of Kazakhstan Satybaldy Burshakov and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of North Macedonia Timcho Mucunski held a meeting in Skopje at the end of last week, the press office of the diplomatic department of Kazakhstan reported.
Burshakov conveyed a congratulatory message to Mucunski on his appointment from Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.
“He wished the successful implementation of a new strategic foreign trade vector of the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia,” the press office added.
Welcoming the opening of the new Embassy of Kazakhstan in Skopje, Mucunski said he is ready to assist in enhancing political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kazakhstan and North Macedonia.
The interlocutors agreed to further consider and discuss joint economic and energy projects. Particular attention was paid to humanitarian issues, including the travel regulations for citizens of the two countries.
