The Tajik authorities are set to begin exporting information technologies to one of the emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic Sherali Kabir and Chairman at Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mohamed Mosbeh Al Nuaim signed a Memorandum of Understanding, the press office of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan reported.
Tajik specialists will develop special programmes for the emirate in accordance with the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence Development until 2040. It is planned to boost AI software exports to Ras Al Khaimah.
AI specialists from Tajikistan will conduct training for their colleagues from the UAE.
The prospects for attracting investment from the emirate to Tajikistan’s manufacturing sector, including transport logistics, mining and commodity production, are under consideration. The parties are set to create a mechanism for exporting Tajik goods through Ras Al Khaimah Port to global markets.
