Kazakh Foreign Minister and Turkish Ambassador discuss preparations for joint events

They discussed the current state and prospects for strengthening cooperation, as well as issues on the international and regional agenda.

On May 12, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu held talks with Ambassador of Turkey to Kazakhstan Mustafa Kapucu. The diplomats discussed the current state and prospects for further deepening mutually beneficial partnerships, as well as issues on the international and regional agenda, the press office of the Ministry reported to CentralAsia.news.

Emphasising the exemplary nature of bilateral relations, the Minister highlighted the need to boost trade, economic and industrial cooperation and implement joint investment projects.

The Ambassador of Turkey highly evaluated the positive dynamics in the development of Kazakhstan-Turkey cooperation and confirmed his readiness to further contribute to expanding strategic relations between the two states.

A constructive exchange of views on the preparations for joint international events took place. In this context, the interlocutors expressed mutual willingness to promote close cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States.
