Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Italy Taalay Bazarbayev met with General Director of the Teatro Massimo Bellini Opera House Giovanni Cultrera during his visit to the Province of Catania. The Kyrgyz diplomat invited the Italian side to sign an Agreement on cooperation between T. Satylganov National Philharmonic of Kyrgyzstan and Teatro Massimo Bellini, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The Kyrgyz side also proposed encouraging the exchange of experience among artists, orchestras and conductors and mutual tours to establish and expand Kyrgyzstan-Italy cultural ties.
Cultrera expressed his readiness to consider signing an agreement in a positive way and implement joint projects in culture and arts.
The Ambassador met with Mayor of Randazzo Francesco Giovanni Emanuele Sgroi during his visit to the Province of Catania. The interlocutors discussed the prospects for establishing cooperation between the cities of Tokmok and Randazzo in the areas of mutual interest.
