In the capital of Turkmenistan, at the Mekan Palace, the VIII Congress of the Magtymguly Youth Organization took place. Young activists from all regions of the country, including Mariyam Orazova, the teacher at the Department of Theory and Practice of the Russian Language of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Dovletmamed Azadi, took part in the event. — The agenda of the congress, which united the younger generation of delegates, included the discussion of the youth support, adopted legislative acts and amendments to the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the establishment of the Halk Maslakhaty, the highest representative body of people’s power, headed by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who was unanimously recognized at the legislative level as the National Leader of the Turkmen people, — she noted.

Within the first issue «The happy youth with Arkadag Serdar», reports on the ways of further development of the state program in the field of youth policy were read, and the prospects for the implementation of the state youth policy were considered. The main goal of the Youth Organization is to promote the unity of the Turkmen youth. In addition, issues of education, intellectual, spiritual, moral and physical education were touched upon.
The second issue was dedicated to the merits of the chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty. Delegates of various professions spoke about it. A warm response from all the speakers was the unanimous desire to continue the humane traditions of our ancestors, to preserve our national culture, customs and traditions, as well as to serve and work sacredly for the good of our Motherland. For the younger generation of Turkmen citizens, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has become the «Real University of Life'', an inexhaustible source of wisdom. Guided by his parting words, we cultivate patriotism and love for our native land.
— In our country, boys and girls enjoy equal rights and opportunities to discover their personal potential. For us, the youth of Turkmenistan, all conditions for active participation in the development of the state for the benefit of the happy future of our people are created, — noted Orazova.
A solemn ceremony of awarding the activists of the Magtymguly Youth Organization was held. They were presented with memorable gifts on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
At the end of the congress, a festive concert with the participation of young musical performers of the country took place.
