Chairman of the upper house of the Parliament of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali and World Aquatics President Husain Al-Musallam held talks in Dushanbe. The interlocutors discussed the prospects of cooperation, the press office of the Dushanbe Mayor’s Office reported to CentralAsia.news.
The World Aquatics President said the federation will take practical measures to build up the potential of interaction with Tajikistan. The interlocutors discussed the current level of partnerships. Rustam Emomali and Husain Al-Musallam exchanged views on the most beneficial areas of future cooperation.
It was emphasised that President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon creates all the necessary conditions to host international swimming competitions in the Republic. It was noted that Dushanbe is ready to host these competitions.
The Chairman of the upper house of the Parliament thanked the World Aquatics President for his efforts in building up partnerships between Tajikistan and World Aquatics in the sports sector.
