The Commercial Directorate of the Russian fast food chain Vkusno & tochka announced the intention to obtain registration of its brand in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The representative office of the company has submitted the necessary documents to the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan, Vlast reported.
The application has been submitted for review to the expert organisation for trademark registration at the Ministry of Justice. It contains a request for registration of the verbal designation Vkusno & tochka. PBO System LLC has applied to have its trademarks registered in Kazakhstan.
Until that time, the Vkusno & tochka has not been registered in the State Register of Kazakhstan brand.
This fast food chain in the Russian Federation came to replace the McDonald’s restaurants. To date, McDonald’s has suspended its activities in Kazakhstan. According to the company, it faced problems securing supplies of food products. However, the popular brand announced early this month that it curtailed its commercial activities in Kazakhstan.
