The IV Congress of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat. The event was attended by delegates from all over the country. They discussed the priorities of economic development and considered a number of organizational issues. It was reported by the state news agency «Turkmenistan today».
Representatives reported on their experience in various fields, as well as on their activities carried out in accordance with the goals of the party. The event was attended by leaders of political parties, public organizations, and parliamentarians.
As was noted at the congress, earlier President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the private sector should play an important role in the production of high-quality products, ensuring food abundance, building industrial enterprises and modern shopping centers. The head of the state said that the government intends to continue to support the development of individual entrepreneurship.
Saparmyrat Ovganov was re-elected Chairman of the Central Council of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Party members thanked Berdimuhamedov for his support. They said that he makes efforts in creating effective legal mechanisms, financial approaches and social norms for small and medium-sized enterprises in order to help them to implement comprehensive projects.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their commitment to achieving national goals through effective social policy approaches aimed at ensuring the well-being of people.
