Japarov promises fulfilling life for people with disabilities

The President of Kyrgyzstan noted that the authorities are changing living conditions for 200,000 people with disabilities.

Kyrgyzstan is celebrating the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. President Sadyr Japarov addressed his compatriots with disabilities on this occasion. He promised to make their lives as fulfilling as possible, the press office of the President of Kyrgyzstan reported to CentralAsia.news.

The President stressed that the Kyrgyz authorities have started working on qualitative changes in living conditions of about 200,000 disabled people. Japarov emphasised the importance of supporting people with disabilities through various social payments.

He noted that the state will create all the necessary conditions for citizens with disabilities so that they will feel like full members of society and live the most fulfilling life.

He said this category of citizens of Kyrgyzstan has a strong will and special skills and gains impressive achievements and do not give up in times of difficulty. The President wished people with disabilities to accomplish all their goals and stay spiritually strong.
